01Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Elevated Pearls website and coaching services offered by Coach Sadaf (“Elevated Pearls,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, booking a session, or enrolling in a program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
02About Elevated Pearls & Our Services
Elevated Pearls offers emotional-wellness coaching for women, rooted in the Sunnah method and guided by Qur’anic wisdom. Our services include one-on-one coaching sessions and our signature eight-week program, the Pearl Path, which moves through the principles of self-awareness, self-care, self-discipline, and self-protection.
Coaching is a supportive, forward-looking partnership intended to help you set and work toward personal goals with a calm and regulated heart.
03The Nature of Coaching — Important Disclaimer
Please read carefully. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, and it is not a substitute for any of these. Coach Sadaf is not acting as a licensed therapist, physician, or mental-health professional.
Our services do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental-health condition. If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, or symptoms that may require clinical care, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or your local emergency services. Spiritual guidance shared during sessions is offered for reflection and personal growth and does not constitute a religious ruling (fatwa).
04Eligibility
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. Sessions are offered to women seeking emotional-wellness coaching.
05Booking, Sessions & Scheduling
Sessions are booked through the scheduling tools provided on our website and are conducted virtually. When you book, you agree to provide accurate information and to attend at the scheduled time.
- Please join your session promptly. Time missed due to late arrival may not be added to the end of the session.
- We aim to begin and end on time out of respect for everyone’s schedule.
- If technical issues prevent a session from taking place, we will work with you to reschedule.
06Fees & Payment
Fees for sessions and programs are presented at the time of booking. Payment is processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers; Elevated Pearls does not store your full card details. All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect a program you have already paid for.
07Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
We understand that life happens. To cancel or reschedule a session, please give as much notice as possible through the scheduling tool or by emailing us.
- Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled where reasonable notice is given, subject to availability.
- Missed sessions: Sessions missed without notice may be treated as completed and may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
- Refunds: Refund eligibility for programs and sessions will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
Specific cancellation terms for a given program will be confirmed with you at the time of booking.
08Your Responsibilities as a Client
Coaching works best as a partnership. You agree to:
- Participate honestly and openly, and take responsibility for your own decisions and actions.
- Understand that results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and commitment.
- Seek appropriate professional help for any medical, psychological, legal, or financial matters that fall outside the scope of coaching.
09Confidentiality
We treat what you share in sessions with care and discretion. Information shared during coaching will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to others, except where required by law, where there is a concern for your safety or the safety of others, or with your consent. 10Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within our programs — including text, materials, frameworks (such as the Pearl Path), worksheets, graphics, and the Elevated Pearls name and logo — is the property of Elevated Pearls and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use materials provided to you for your own personal development only, and you may not copy, resell, or distribute them without our written permission.
11Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Elevated Pearls coaching services are educational and spiritual in nature only. They are not medical, psychiatric, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice or treatment. Coaching is not a substitute for professional healthcare, therapy, counseling, medication, legal services, financial planning, or any licensed professional services.
Our services do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical, mental-health, or psychological condition. If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or symptoms requiring urgent clinical care, please immediately contact a qualified healthcare professional, your doctor, a crisis hotline, or emergency services in your area.
Results & Outcomes Disclaimer
Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual. The outcomes you experience from coaching depend on many factors, including your own effort, commitment, circumstances, personal choices, and actions. Elevated Pearls makes no warranty or guarantee about specific results, improvements, or outcomes. Past client results do not guarantee your results.
Limitation of Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevated Pearls, Coach Sadaf, and affiliated parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm — arising from or related to your use of our website or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Elevated Pearls, Coach Sadaf, and affiliated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to: (a) your use of our website or services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or rights of third parties; or (d) any claim that your use of services caused harm to yourself or others.
Mandatory Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms, your use of our website, or our coaching services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in your county of residence or such other location as agreed in writing. By accepting these Terms, you waive any right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
Class-Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or court proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class action, collective action, or representative action. You waive any right to join or participate in any class, collective, or representative action against Elevated Pearls or Coach Sadaf.
Exception: Small claims courts in your jurisdiction may be used to resolve disputes if permitted by law and if the claim is within their jurisdiction.
Client Relationship & Legal Engagement
By accessing our website, booking a session, or enrolling in a program, you acknowledge and agree that you are entering into a client relationship with Elevated Pearls LLC as a business entity, and that Elevated Pearls LLC — not any individual person — is the party providing the services to you and the party with whom you are contracting.
You agree that any questions, concerns, claims, disputes, or legal matters arising from or relating to the services will be raised with and handled by Elevated Pearls LLC directly. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you further acknowledge and agree that Coach Sadaf acts solely as a representative and service provider of Elevated Pearls LLC, and you agree not to bring or pursue any personal or individual legal action or claim against Coach Sadaf in her personal capacity in connection with the coaching services. All such matters shall be directed to and resolved with Elevated Pearls LLC as the contracting party.
In short: your agreement is with Elevated Pearls LLC as a business. Any legal matters relating to the services are handled with Elevated Pearls LLC directly — and are not brought personally against Coach Sadaf as an individual.
12Jurisdiction, Governing Law & Venue
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.
Venue & Jurisdiction: Except as otherwise provided in these Terms (including the Mandatory Arbitration clause above), you agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Minnesota, United States. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts and waive any objection based on forum non conveniens or any other grounds.
For International Users: If you are accessing our website or services from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations. Elevated Pearls makes no representation that our website or services are appropriate or available for use in all locations worldwide.
We may decline or discontinue services if these Terms are not respected, if conduct is inappropriate, or if we believe coaching is not the right fit for your needs. You may discontinue services at any time, subject to the cancellation and refund terms above.
14Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
15Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Minnesota.
